Design Phase for your Mission Critical Facility
The Design Phase is based on the information acquired during the Decision (Pre-Design) Phase. The client will be provided with a complete engineered design that will take them to the Delivery (Construction) Phase.
As a client you can also expect:
Final data centre layouts and necessary drawings suitable for building permits, a full set of construction documents with all supporting drawings and layouts, detailed specifications and drawings for mechanical and electrical equipment, including new power distribution equipment, automatic transfer switches, switchgear, and controls. Where required, emissions requirements of the local authority having jurisdiction are addressed and approval is received, such as all projects that include a generator.
